Shipping

All animals will be shipped UPS overnight Monday through Wednesday. Shipping dates will be arranged at the time of purchase. When the delivery occurs, there must be an adult there to sign for the dragon on the first attempt. We also need to be contacted either by phone or email within two hours of delivery. If there is no one home at the time of initial delivery, the live arrival guarantee is void.  

Shipping costs range from 25-55 dollars depending on location in relation to www.AlphaDragonZ.com . If multiple dragons are purchased, then the cost of shipping could increase but you will still save money on shipping costs by buying multiple dragons. Cold Packs, Heat packs, and Boxing materials are all included in the fore mentioned price. Tracking numbers will be emailed only at Buyers request. We always reserved the right to delay shipment due to weather issues.

Live Arrival and Guarantee

We guarantee our animals for up to a 15 days after delivery as long as the first delivery attempt is successful and the animal has been properly quarantined.  Not adhering to any of the fore mentioned guidelines will render your guarantee void. If you are unsatisfied with the animal you receive, please email us as soon as possible to make us aware of any issues. Remember that it can take up to two weeks for a hatchling to acclimate to its new surroundings. In the initial few weeks please keep handling down to a minimum. Young dragons can go down hill fast so please consult you care sheet and make sure that you are doing everything according to it. After a few weeks, the dragon outings can start and gradually increase.

Handling

Most dragons will be shipped through UPS. All of our animals will be appropriately packaged in a pre-punched plastic cup or Snake bag depending on size. All of our boxes are Styrofoam lined and have “Perishable” written on the side.

All animals must be paid for in advance. We accept Instant Money Transfers through PayPal sent to  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   , overnight money orders, and overnight cashiers checks.  We do not accept Echecks from paypal under any circumstances. We will hold an animal for up to 24 hours with no deposit. This is the only hold policy that is available.  The prices listed on our animals are not negotiable as we feel they are reasonably priced.

***All Sales are Final*** We do not issue monetary refunds.   In some rare cases we will exchange or credit you the price of the dragon minus the shipping/handling fees.
